Step 1 Collect The Necessary Mobile Repairing Tools

Gather all these useful mobile repairing tools to replace the broken rear cover of your Galaxy S24 Ultra:

• A Hot Air Gun or Hair Dryer
• A SIM Ejection Pin or tool
• A Suction Cup
• A plastic opening pick or tool
• A Spudger or prying tool 
• A set of screwdrivers
• A pair of tweezers
• New adhesive glue
• Isopropyl Alcohol

Step 2 Turn Off Your Galaxy S24 Ultra

First of all, turn off your phone. Follow these steps to power off your Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra:

• Press the side and volume down button simultaneously for a few seconds.
• Wait for a few seconds.
• A Power-off menu will appear on the screen.
• Select the power off option.

Step 3 Eject The SIM Tray

• A gap will appear between the rear glass cover and the phone frame.
• Take a plastic opening pick or tool.
• Insert the pick inside the gap between the rear cover and the frame.

Step 6 Slice The Bottom Adhesive 

• Slide the plastic pick or tool from the lower right to the lower left corner of the phone to cut through the adhesive present around the bottom edge of your phone.

Step 7 Remove The Left Adhesive 

• Move the opening pick from the lower left to the upper left edge of the phone. Repeat this step twice to cut the left adhesive.

Step 8 Slice The Upper Edge Adhesive 

• Keep moving the plastic pick or opening tool from the upper left to the upper right corner to cut the upper edge adhesive.
• If it is difficult to cut the adhesive, you can reheat the phone for 3 minutes. 

Step 9 Cut The Right Side Adhesive 

• Now, move the pick from the upper right to the lower right edge of your S24 Ultra to cut the right adhesive.

Step 10 Remove The Back Glass Cover

• After slicing adhesive glue around all edges of your S24 Ultra, hold the back glass of your S24 Ultra with your fingers.
• Remove the back glass cover. 

Step 11 Clean The Old Adhesive 

• Take Isopropyl Alcohol and a cotton bud.
• Dip one edge of the cotton bud into the isopropyl alcohol.
• Rub this cotton bud around the phone’s edges.
• Wait for 1 to 2 minutes. Isopropyl Alcohol will melt the old adhesive around the phone edges.
• Wipe away the drops of isopropyl alcohol and old adhesive with a lint-free cloth.
• Apply new adhesive around the edges of your phone.

Step 12 Attach The New Back Glass 

• Carefully, attach the new rear glass to the frame of your phone.
